Fanfic 7 Vincent and Shelke

I don't really know anyone who specifically ship Vincent/Shelke in a romantic sense, in fact I'm somewhat disturbed at the thought that they might, unless her body somehow miraculously begins to grow. I always just view them as kind of having a very deep sort of connection because of everything they now know about each other, however just because Shelke was overridden by Lucrecia and gained her memories during the net dives, it doesn't suddenly make her Lucrecia. People who shipped her with Vincent based on this are making quite the leap, especially as Shelke has the body of a child and she's been programmed since age 10 to be a soldier, not a person and she's still got to unlearn a ton of that. On top of her body can't sustain itself without Mako, so they'd need some other way to sustain the body if they tried to affect her growth and allow her to physically age, like she'd need a powerful materia or something fused in her chest to provide the energy she needs in order to not die. Most importantly, she has the body of a child, and she doesn't seem even slightly interested in Vincent romantically, as an ally sure, and gradually over time, perhaps even as a friend but certainly not in any romantic fashion, so I am kind of mind boggled by people actually shipping this, unless she's grown older in both physical body and actual age.
